Shipping information

We send all our packages with a "track and trace" courier service, allowing your package to be tracked online.

Standard shipping

B2C Europe sends our packages through local couriers in your country (Hermes, La Poste, GLS, DPD etc.). After your package is shipped, you can track your order through a track-and-trace code if you want more information on your package's status. Please feel free to contact the local courier by whom your parcel is sent.

For orders under €25, we charge €4,95.

Collect your parcel

You can also select our delivery method, "Collect your parcel". This service gives you the freedom and comfort to pick up your order anytime from one of our Click & Collect points. Thanks to this shipping method, you won't have to stay home to wait for your order. Please choose the collection location that works best for you.

This shipping method is only available in France, Netherlands and Spain
