Youre in harmony with your environment and youre completely relaxed! I take this stuff about twice in a month... and it makes me calm down and chilled out!

Love it, but I must say, if youre not quite vulnerable for pills with Valerian in it, this wont do much effect on you either. I think you must have reactive nerves for this to really work, you know what I mean... a sensitive nerve system... If youre used to pills like XTC and other drugs, this wouldnt have much effect on you since your body is used to the heavy stuff!

“ 1 cap. Feeling pretty stressed before taking - too much work piling up!
Took cap before a pizza pigout.
T+ 20 mins can feel waves of something starting.
T+ 30 stress massively reduced, I`m a bit giggly and lightheaded.
T+ 35 Light body buzz, pleasant.
Next 50 mins nice and relaxed, like an mj hit.
T+110 minsTired now, I guess I was tired before anyway.
2 caps should be pretty pronounced, 1 was quite nice, definately good for taking an edge off!
