Salvia divinorum

Salvia Divinorum brengt je in een dromerige, tripachtige toestand. Bij grote hoeveelheden ontstaan er tripervaringen met visioenen, en eventueel tijdreizen en zelfs uittredingen uit het lichaam.

Unfortunately, for me, there was NO EFFECT WHATSOEVER.

I chewed the leaves, I smoked the leaves, I even extract tea from the leaves: 0% RESULT. So, this would be the same effect I had a couple of years ago with mushrooms, also no effect.

Guess it's not for me :(”

that's so funny, I had a comparable experience. I was smoking this 10x extract, my brother and his friend were sitting on the couch next to me. Suddenly I started laughing hysterically (can't remember why exactly), then all of a sudden I seemed to be floating a little bit above myself and heard my own laughing from a distant (an OBE? Though I didn't really SEE my body from above, just felt like my consciousness was hoovering over my body). I wondered whether it was laughing or crying that my body was doing, so while still hysterically laughing I asked my sitters: "Am I laughing or am I crying?". This question obviously made them burst into laughter once more, so I figured it was laughing wat I did and I happily continued :-)
Then, I noticed that my sitters looked like made out of plastic. To put it more precise: like the clear plastic packaging blisters one sees one toys for example, with a plastic edge around the actual product. Someone told me he thought it might have been aura's, I'm not so sure. Then I stood up and saw a portal. Seeing not in a strongly physical way, but more like in a cognitive way, like knowing it is there, althought there is nothing for your hands to grasp. I saw it like you can see the air currents on top of a hot road (mirage) and I realized this living room, my life, the outer world, it was all not the actual reality. It didn't make me unhappy to be where I was though, it was just like my life was a temporary state and a joke. I felt drawn towards that portal and I could enter it if I'd take one more hit, but I was too late, *poof* the trip ended abruptly.

“This was wonderful! I put the leaves to soak in some water for 10 minutes, put as much as I could in my mouth and started chewing.. really disgusting taste, next time I'll make sure to add some honey. After about 26 minutes the whole room started to transform in 2D, It felt like my soul got away from my body. Later I thought I saw the beginning of the universe, which afterwards appeared to be an msn-conversation :')

By the time I had to spit out the leaves, I was totaly out of this world. I don't know how long it took, but for some time talking or moving was quite impossible.

If you can stand some dreadfull taste for 30 minutes, definately something worth a try! :)”

“Had a trip for about five minutes, actually believing I could see with my x-ray eyes, how machine parts and gears operated within me, it was kind of beautiful, not terrifying.
as I understood that this was a trip, I started laughing histerically for like two minutes, then - POOF - trip was gone, I was thoughtful and relaxed.
My friend thought he was a robot, and he tried walking like a robot. In his trip he saw his arms shooting laser beams through the room which were reflecting on every wall. My other friend experienced no such thing, nothing happened.

On my second try I was sober and the trip was a little scary for me, everything became plastic, which was fun at first, but when my tongue turned into a plasty rubber tongue, I thought I would choke.

I didn't use Salvia since then, but I will do it again, at the right time. Be sure that you have somebody with you to look after you, when I walked around in my plastic world I didn't really know what I was doing.”

“Ik had een zak van 10 gram gehaald. En 2 salvia joints op gerookt en ik voelde niks en daarna nog 5 keer het pijpje opnieuw gevuld na 2 - 3 uur lang door roken voelde ik het effect ongeveer 5 - 10 minuten maar je moet er echt veel van roken en het smaakt niet echt bepaald lekker en het brand in je keel dus ik raad jullie aan om extracten te kopen voor derest was het tripje top.

[reactie van Azarius: Zoals op salvia.net (zie link bij 'Gebruik') wordt uitgelegd, heeft het roken van de bladeren geen enkele zin. Bladeren dienen een half uur gekauwd te worden, niet gerookt.]
