San Pedro cactus

San Pedro cactus (Trichocereus pachanoi). Bevat dezelfde psychoactieve stoffen als de bubbelvormige Peyote cactus, maar veroorzaakt minder misselijkheid. Dit is een stek om in de aarde te planten om verder te laten groeien. Wordt zonder aarde verzonden.

“Me and my friend each ate 400g of fresh san pedro cacti and the only thing that happened was that time felt really slow. Did we do anything wrong? After 4 hours we took some acid to see if we could speed things up but we only felt the acid.

I'm not sure if you're going back on this blog, but I have to say that whatever you do or think, bob is only partially right. Indeed, the big problem I had is with the mescaline concentrations of the preparation your going to have in hand, wich changes with a lot too many factors: it's higher when the cactus is young, the concentration is much higher on the skin, and is also high (by what I have heard a bit everywhere) on the waxy-like exterior part of that skin. It also changes, and this is the most important part, with every cactus! My theory is that researchers are too stupid to take in count the difference between the skin and the inside, and so when they take dried up cacti, they don't realise part of the mix is the dried skin and the other part the useless core (never to be eaten, believe me).

Anyways since I have no proof you have to be carefull, and take a dose that is in thé middle enough so that if tht concentration is actually very low, the dose wil be low enough so that you can barely feel anything, and if you're lucky and it's very high, than you be totally stoned for the next 24 hours. The problem is that it is difficult to believe what people say on these websites (no offense bob), not because what they say isn't true, but because they had a dosage that fitted them. That's why it's best I find to by a lot in case you need to try again, but the problem as I said before is that it is probable that each cactus has a different concentration of mescaline and so take a bit of each to even out the odds of having a trip of average strength. This is also why I recommend bying a huge cactus and trying some to see, and if it wasn't enough, at least you'll know allmost exactly how much you will need for the next time, or how much your friends need. You could even become there shaman :) .

Oh and be careful of what you weight, because it can change the dosage, and I also recommend, to avoid the bad taste as much as you can, that you trie eating the cactus's ski only (the dark dark green part. The cactus tastes like a bad cucumber, but the waxy skin is the worst, so peel it off before).

“De cactus is snel geleverd, dus daar was ik erg blij mee.
Ik ben alleen erg ontevreden over het uiterlijk van de cactus. Je kunt op deze site kiezen voor a- of b-kwaliteit, omdat het een cadeautje was heb ik voor de a-kwaliteit gekozen.

Nou vind ik dit zwaar tegenvallen. De top van de cactus is er gewoon afgezaagd (!!!) en de kleur van de cactus is lang niet zo mooi groen als op het plaatje. De stekels zijn aan 1 kant helemaal verminkt en aan de andere kant gewoon afgebroken. Ik vind dit heel jammer en ik vraag me ook af of dit niet gewoon een b-kwaliteit cactus is.

Over het effect van de cactus kan ik nog niks zeggen, omdat het de bedoeling is om hem eerst een tijd te laten groeien. Ik heb hem in de cactus-grond gezet, dus dat wordt afwachten.”
