Waarom Frankrijk cannabis moet legaliseren

if it ever get's decriminalised in England i'll grow my own before i buy from the government. a government that, when they do get round to making it legal again, probably wont even admit it was wrong for so long.

although... i bet the government could grow some killer weed...

Much as all talk on legalization and its benefits at least proves there's people out there still able to make rational suggestions that would simply be better for everyone, I think by now it should be equally obvious that facts and politics do not mix. It has always been economically, not to mention ethically (as in minimizing suffering) to legalize cannabis and reserve police-funds for more pressing matters. But politics are not a rational game, and are certainly not aimed at making policies that benefit the most people, quite the contrary. It is about setting this group up against that group and making state interference on every level of life seem normal, and most importantly, to distract the public from seeing what's really going on: the master classes helping themselves to all present and future earnings of common working people so as to keep their pyramid scheme economy afloat for another day.

Summarizing: economic melt-down is imminent, and subsequently we are heading for the end of Western civilization as we know it. Culture wars are created to distract the public from seeing this 'society' we live in is well past its expiration date, and drawing their own conclusions from it.

I mean, legalizing and taxing dope would of course bring in extra revenue for states facing major budget deficits now, but so would proportionally taxing the rich. Frankly, it is too much to expect corrupt politicians at the brink of the end to come to their senses and retract heads from assholes.

I still don't understand what the fuss is all about???
Come on, THC is much less dangerous and body killing than alcohol or other stuff!

Alcohol is legal but THC isn't ?

Strange world.....

Zenith - 2011-09-01 18:20:54

@TheGuardian try pushing lies for years, decades, centuries, ... then try to undo them: people f$$$$$ up in the past... present and future

blub... - 2011-09-01 21:03:37

well alcohol doesn't put ideas in your head which will make you question the current system of work work work, thc does. That's not something governments and companies dependend on money want.

In the end it all comes down to money. The rich and powerfull will use their influence to not legalize it. They are afraid that it will cost their money with their big pharma and big oil.

To much money is made with criminalizing it!
